Warranty No other warranty is applicable to this product. The duration of any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, is limited to the duration of the express warranty herein. UMF shall not be liable for the loss of the use of this product, inconvenience, loss or other damages, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product or for any breach of any express or implied warranty of merchantability applicable to this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights,
which may vary from state to state. Services performed under this warranty shall consist of furnishing labor, parts and components necessary to restore the product(s) specified to normal operating condition during the term of this warranty, provided such service is necessitated by product failure during normal usage. UMF has the option to repair or replace the defective product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality. A replacement part may be new or re-conditioned of like kind and quality. UMF assumes no responsibility for its agents other than the terms described below, nor is it responsible for rendering any service that is not provided for by the original warranty. Unless otherwise noted, products covered by this contract must be delivered to and picked up by you from the authorized UMF service center. This warranty applies only to operation of the specified product(s) under conditions for which it was designed and does not cover any loss or damage resulting from an external cause such as, but not limited to, negligence, misuse, abuse, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, transportation damage, dropped products, unauthorized repair by others, inadequate plumbing, water or power supply, fire, water, windstorm, hail, lighting, power surge, earthquake, theft. Work necessitated by any of the foregoing will be subject to charge at the authorized service center’s prevailing demand service rates. UMF shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from delay in rendering service and in no event shall it be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty, including the provisions, limitations, definitions and exclusions, constitutes the entire warranty. No one has the authority to change this warranty without prior written approval of UMF.
